3. Qualification; authority
The Site and Services are available only to persons or entities with whom we can enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law (“Users”). We will not be responsible for any loss or damage ultimately caused by our reliance on any instructions, notices, documents or communications provided by an authorized representative of your business entity that we reasonably believe to be true. If there is reasonable doubt as to the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document or communication, we reserve the right (but do not undertake any obligation) to require you to conduct additional authentication. You further agree that transactions conducted by yourself, any of your agents, and anyone using your account or Services are subject to the terms of this Agreement, whether or not the transaction is authorized by you.
