Applicable customs, import duties, VAT and other taxes will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These fees must be paid individually by the customer.
Customs, duties and taxes for shipping to EU countries
EU destination countries/countries automatically include applicable customs duties, import duties, VAT and other taxes. No additional payments for EU countries. You will only pay for the product and delivery.
How quickly does my order ship?
Orders are provided with items within a normal to maximum shipping range (e.g. 1-4 weeks). We usually hope to be able to dispatch within a broadly shorter period of time (usually less), but we ask that you allow a maximum amount of time in the event of delay.
Customized products also display normal to maximum dispatch range. But in this case, the maximum date is only an advisory and not guaranteed; if you have a deadline, please inform us.
