How to return goods?
If you need to return an item, please log in to the order list page using your account and password.
Once logged in, you will see your most recent orders. Please find the item you want to return and click to enter the order details page, then click “Initiate Return” in the order details, select the item you want to return, and then follow the instructions to make an appointment to pick up the item and prepare to return the item.
If you have multiple items to return, you will need to put all the items in one box and attach a packing slip. If you return a suitcase, we recommend using the original packaging. If the original invoice you received is a paper invoice, please return the invoice together with the goods.
We offer free door-to-door pickup service. Please wait for the carrier to contact you and pick up your returned item on the scheduled date.
If your location is outside our carrier’s pickup and delivery coverage area, you will be instructed to send your returned merchandise to the nearest carrier location. Please see the Shipping & Delivery Help page to see where our carriers currently offer pickup and delivery services.
